click on open, then install certificate,
follow the wizard by selecting "Next" for each screen
Click Here if you do NOT want to proceed with the certificate install.
Read the following to understand what you are about to do.
You are about to install a trusted root certificate onto your computer. Accepting this certificate will allow you to trust security certificates issued by Sorkin Computer Service. The certificate can be removed at any time. Click here for removal instructions.
After you click on the above link to continue the process of installation, you should be presented with a dialog box "Potential Scripting Violation" that says it is attempting to add a certificate to your computer. If you say yes to this dialog box, you will trust security certificates issued by Sorkin Computer Service. If you do not want to install this certificate, then answer no.
The dialog box will look like this:

The certificate will be added to the "Trusted Roots Certification Authorities" section.
Answering yes to the above dialog box will give you the following dialog box asking if you want to really want to add the certificate. Answer Yes.
